What is the expiry date of an e-ticket?

An e-ticket is only valid on the date and within the time period for which it was purchased. The exact validity is clearly stated on the ticket under the heading “Valid until”.

After this date and time, the e-ticket is no longer valid as a ticket, even if it has not yet been used or activated.

Important points to note:

  • Check the selected date carefully when purchasing.
  • Only activate your ticket just before departure; the validity period starts immediately after activation.
  • For example, 1-hour or 24-hour tickets are valid from the moment of activation.
  • Tickets cannot be changed or canceled after purchase.
